The workout: 400m (60 sec rest), 800m (90 sec rest), 1200m (2 min rest), 1600m (2:30 rest), 1200m (2 min rest), 800m (90 sec rest), 400m. This workout focuses on aerobic pace-work and also gets in a little speed.
