3-6 x 1000m, 2 x 400m

This workout will start at 10K pace and should work down to 5K pace.  Rest between 1000m intervals is 2 min and between 400m is 1 min.  This workout helps to continue to build a strong aerobic base and to practice getting into a good rhythm for a race setting.

**Please note that we will meet at 5:15 at the Brick Breeden Field House North Entrance by ticketing for the last time this week.  Next week we will go back to meeting at 6:00pm at Lindley Park.**
