2 miles at relaxed tempo/marathon pace (90 seconds), 1 mile at tempo pace (60 seconds), 800 m at 5K pace. This workout will help maintain your aerobic base and will serve as a good simulation of mid-race conditions.
**Please note that we will meet at 5:15 while the evenings are dark. I will continue to explore different options for exactly where we will run throughout the winter season, but we will meet at the Brick Breeden Field House North Entrance by ticketing each week for our warm-up. I anticipate that most workouts will be to/from/on the Gallagator Trail, the MSU parking structure, and in the hallways of the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, provided we are not in anyone's way.**
