TNT: Interval workout

400 (60s rest), 1-2 x 1600m (3min), 1-2 x 800m (2 min), 400m

This workout cuts down on volume a bit, as we could all use a down week from working hard and racing the past several weeks. If you are racing the Ridge Run, it should serve as a nice tune-up. This workout hits on a bit of aerobic and a bit of speed. 

Montana Racing Project's Track Club - currently meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the Lindley Park (changed from the MSU Outdoor Track & Field Complex while the track is being resurfaced). Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday.
