TNT: Tuesday Night Trails Race....or 2-4 x mile, 2 x 200m

We encourage you race at the August Tuesday Night Trails race at Lindley Park (details here:

If a race doesn't fit into your training schedule well, our alternative workout will also be held at Lindley Park to complete 2-4 mile repeats (5K pace) with 3 min rest followed by 2 x 200m (walk 200m recovery).  This workout targets improvement of VO2 max and allows you to work on form and turnover through a bit of speed work.

Montana Racing Project's Track Club - currently meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the Lindley Park (changed from the MSU Outdoor Track & Field Complex while the track is being resurfaced).  Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday
