With so much snow this weekend and more in the forecast, it seems like a good opportunity for some parking garage hills (also, it should be pretty empty since the university is on break). This workout presents a good opportunity to build some strength and aerobic strength. The rest is the jog back down the hills with an optional 15-30 burpees per every 4 hills.
**Please note that we will meet at 5:15 while the evenings are dark. I will continue to explore different options for exactly where we will run throughout the winter season, but we will meet at the Brick Breeden Field House North Entrance by ticketing each week for our warm-up. I anticipate that most workouts will be to/from/on the Gallagator Trail, the MSU parking structure, and in the hallways of the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, provided we are not in anyone's way.**
