This workout will start at 10K pace and should work down to 5K pace. Rest between 1000m intervals is 2 min and between the 400m intervals is 1 min. This workout helps to continue to build a strong aerobic base and to practice getting into a good rhythm for a race setting.
**Please note that we will meet at 5:15 while the evenings are dark. I will continue to explore different options for exactly where we will run throughout the winter season, but we will meet at the Brick Breeden Field House North Entrance by ticketing each week for our warm-up. I anticipate that most workouts will be to/from/on the Gallagator Trail, the MSU parking structure, and in the hallways of the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, provided we are not in anyone's way.**
