Hills and Form work

4 - 12 x hills, form work. I was unable to get us indoor space for this season (sorry!), but we can still meet indoors and do some or all of the warm-up inside.  We might even get away with running some workouts in the outer area of the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse (where concessions are sold).  This Tuesday should be relatively warm, and we can complete the hill workout in the parking structure on the MSU campus, which should be free from ice.  This workout will build strength but can also be used to work the aerobic system depending on the pace.  The workout will proceed as fast uphill for all sections and then alternating fast, easy for the downhill sections.

**Please note that we will meet at 5:15 while the evenings are dark.  I will continue to explore different options for exactly where we will run throughout the winter season, but we will meet at the Brick Breeden Field House West Entrance by ticketing each week for our warm-up.  I anticipate that most workouts will be to/from/on the Gallagator Trail, the MSU parking structure, and in the hallways of the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, provided we are not in anyone's way.**

Montana Racing Project's Track Club - currently meets every Tuesday at 5:15 at the Brick Breeden Field House West Entrance by ticketing - new location and time for winter season (when the weather warms up, we will meet at Lindley Park at 6:00pm again because the MSU Outdoor Track is not expected to be completed until July).  Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday
